Salary : Gross Up $3000+ + AWS + BONUS

Responsibilities :
Attend to the needs of the customers professionally
Responsible for the communication of information between customer and the workshop
Ensure administrative work is carried out promptly (i.e., insurance claim, warranty claims)
Assist customer in filling accident report
Prepare accurate accident repair estimate and provide necessary supplementary estimate
Requirements :
Nitec/ Diploma /Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
Must have a valid Class 3 License/ Malaysia Driving License
Candidate with experiences working in Automotive industry will have added advantages
Candidate with relevant working experience handling continental vehicle will also have added advantages
