As a Customer Service Agent you play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for all passengers.Your main role involves:

• Checking-in, greeting passengers upon their arrival and ensuring a smooth departure process.
• Assisting passengers with special needs or providing customer service in exclusive premier lounges at Changi Airport.
• Being responsible for buffet table presentations.
• Handle meet/greet services at the reception area and perform basic computerized transactions.

• Pleasant with a cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skills

• Dynamic individual with service aptitude and willingness to go the extra mile

• Proficient in English and a second language for effective communication with international passengers
