Job Description
CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT (AIRPORT)Working Days & Hours:
- Full-time - Monday to Sunday (5 Days & 44hrs/week Rotational basis)
- Shiff A - 03:00hrs to 12:00hrs
- Shift B - 08:00hrs to 17:00hrs
- Shift C - 14:00hrs to 23:00hrs
- Shift D - 21:00hrs to 06:00hrs
- Part-time - $12/hr - 23:00hrs - 0700hrs
- Changi Airport
- Handling Check In duties
- Handling of Departure boarding gate area
- Meet and greet services
- Transfer counter services
- Other miscellaneous duties when assigned
- Presentable and well-groomed
- Possess basic computer skills
- Good communication skills and command of English
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Able to work weekends, eve of Public Holiday and Holiday
- Must abide by Airport rules & regulations and follow safety procedures whilst on duty
- Full Time - Basic $2,300 (Before CPF Deduction)
- Retention bonus To be advise during interview
- Pay revision after each year based on performance
- Training Provided
- Yearly contract
- Off-In-Lieu entitled for shifts that fall on Public Holiday
- Transport claim up to $30 Reimbursable (For shifts starting before 0700hrs or shifts ending past 2300hrs)
