Maintain a high level of attentiveness and professionalism when facing customers Handle and manage all relevant documents, packages, and courier services Attend to customers' needs and ability to meet clients' requests and queries Responsible for escorting of clients to their respective destinations Up-Selling of Retail products in the booth to generate sales Escorting Customers using an electronic buggy Observe and adhere to Retail Department's code of conduct policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and practices Any other ad-hoc assigned duties and projectsRequirements GCE 'N'/ 'O' Level with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience Good interpersonal and communication skill Customer-oriented and self-driven Applicants must be willing to work in Changi Airport Rotating shifts (Morning, afternoon & night shifts. eg. 7am - 7pm / 7pm - 7am) Must be willing to commit for night, ad-hoc, weekends & PH
