Job Responsibilities:
You play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for all our passengers.
Your main role involves checking-in, greeting passengers upon their arrival and ensuring a smooth departure process.
Assist passengers with special needs or provide customer service in exclusive premier lounges at Changi Airport.
Meet/greet services at the reception area and perform basic computerized transactions.
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year of customer service experience
With a cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skills
Dynamic individual with service aptitude and willingness to go the extra miles.
Good communication skill.
