Job Description


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To provide customer service for warehousing and transport operations.
  • To highlight and troubleshoot any service issues and customer complaints as well as requests in a timely manner.
  • Assist in producing reports for management.
  • Assist to investigate failures and produce incident reports.
  • To help with billing on weekly and monthly basis.
  • To help with cross docking and sorting of items, as well as pick and pack.
  • To assist in any quality assurance projects.
  • To schedule adhoc deliveries as activated, and any other adhoc jobs that require attention.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per month Schedule:
  • Day shift
  • Late shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
  • Overtime pay
Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: One location
