MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide customer service for warehousing and transport operations.
To highlight and troubleshoot any service issues and customer complaints as well as requests in a timely manner.
Assist in producing reports for management.
Assist to investigate failures and produce incident reports.
To help with billing on weekly and monthly basis.
To help with cross docking and sorting of items, as well as pick and pack.
To assist in any quality assurance projects.
To schedule adhoc deliveries as activated, and any other adhoc jobs that require attention.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per month Schedule:
