Acting as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information
Understanding customers needs and directing them to sales consultant or service advisor
Answer the phone and make appointments, take and distribute messages or mail, and redirect calls
Generate showroom reports and maintain leads database
Provide support to marketing activities and events
Ensure the showroom is in pristine condition
Any other tasks assigned by the superior
Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution
Requirements
Preferably with at least NITEC in Service Skills or relevant discipline
At least 1-2 years of experience in concierge/ hospitality/ customer servicing or front facing functions
Candidates with Automotive industry experience is preferred
Basic MS Office/ Salesforce is a plus
5 days work week (2 days off on weekdays), Monday - Saturday 9.30am - 7pm, Sunday 9.30am - 6pm
