Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information while providing
  • exceptional customer service.
  • Sending rates to agents.
  • Closing end month Job to meet company deadline.
  • Filing of AMS/ISF on time.
  • Sending of TELEX/SWB should be monitored and must be sent on time.

Requirements:
  • Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures.
  • Proficient standard office equipment skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong people skills.
