Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries across our social media and e-commerce platforms Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth daily operations Pack orders and assist with day-to-day tasks when needed Attend to walk-in retail customers when required Support marketing efforts -- from planning to execution of campaigns and content Identify and reach out to potential content creators for collaborations Host and engage in weekly livestream sessions confidently

Job Requirements:

Some experience in retail, marketing, customer service, or operations preferred Minimum education: GCE 'A' Level or Diploma (Fresh grads welcome) Fluent in English (spoken and written) Comfortable handling customer communication Social media savvy (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) Basic design/photo skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) -- or willing to learn Able to commit to your role and work independently when needed
