Located in Marina Square, VroomTown\xe2\x84\xa2 is a mega indoor drive-play academy and playground featuring multiple Singapore icons including the Merlion, Gardens by the Bay and Changi Airport!The realistic city driving experience also includes traffic lights & rules, a large indoor playground and a drive-through for kids!The RoleYour responsibilities will include:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide information about facilities, services, and safety rules.
• Handle registration and ticket sales, ensuring all participants have signed appropriate waivers and received wristbands for entry.
• Process transactions using cash registers and digital payment systems, including handling cash and giving correct change.
• Answer telephone inquiries, providing information on pricing, party bookings, and general inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter area and ensure all brochures and flyers are well-stocked and displayed.
• Coordinate with party planners or hosts to check-in groups efficiently and distribute necessary party materials.
• Monitor and manage inventory of tickets, wristbands, and other necessary supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe environment for all guests.
• Assist in resolving any customer complaints or issues that arise at the counter.
• Provide general support and information to staff and visitors to ensure a smooth operation of the playground.

• You have at least 1 year experience within a B2C Sales role, ideally within the Education, Media & Entertainment and Toys & Children\'s Products industry.
• You have working knowledge of interpersonal, communication and customer service
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
