Job Description
Introduction: Our client is one Southeast Asia\'s leading manufacturer and distributor in the energy industry (oil & gas) located in the western region of Singapore. Benefits:

- Receive and review customers\xe2\x80\x99 stock forecast
- Compile stock forecast by supplier and customer
- Prepare customer\xe2\x80\x99s stock forecast report
- Attend scheduled meetings as and when is required
- Raise alert to customers on indent stock list near to expiry
- Input Customer\xe2\x80\x99s monthly forecast, customer\xe2\x80\x99s actual monthly off-take, full-in stocks, supplier\xe2\x80\x99s monthly inbound shipment dates
- Timely review FULL-IN stocks, ensure no over-stocking
- GCE \xe2\x80\x9cA\xe2\x80\x9d Level or its equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Customer Service role and have knowledge in inbound & outbound shipment arrangements
- PC literate
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Monday to Friday
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
