Customer Service Assistant (logistics Industry)

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaising with warehouse on picking of stocks
- Preparing invoices, coordinate delivery schedule
- Preparation basic export documentation (Packing list, calculation of weight and volume)
- Responsible in handling customers\' enquiry and requirements
- Responsible in servicing existing customers\' accounts
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
- With relevant working experience in sales or customer service environment
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingual in English, Mandarin and local dialects
- Good knowledge in MS Office application
- Working location: Pandan Road
- Working hours: 5 working days per week, Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 6pm
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
