Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist in crowd control and provide assistance to passengers at stations.
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers
• Educate passengers on the use of ticketing machines
• Provide travel information to passengers.
• Assist in evacuating passengers during Train Delay or Disruptions.
• Prepare other crowd control duties as directed by the station Managers and Duty Operation Managers

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N Level
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays
• Ability to do split shifts (Morning peak hours and Evening peak hours)
• Ability to stand for a period of 3 to 5 hours per shift
