Prepare quotations and process purchase orders from customers
Provide high level telephone, email and web chat support to our customers
Process claims arising from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, etc.
Rectify part number errors, request lead time changes to suppliers
Liaise with stakeholders on customers\xe2\x80\x99 orders
Encourage customer to order through e-commerce store.
Requirement:
GCE \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d Level
Minimum 1 year of experience in order processing and handling of customer\xe2\x80\x99s enquiries
Proficient in MS Office (especially in Microsoft Excel)
Additional information:
Working days: Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday (9-6pm)
Saturday/PH: 9:00am to 3:00pm
Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays as required by business needs
Salary up to $2600
