, your primary role is to call participants who have registered for our events to confirm their attendance, answer basic queries, and assist with phone-based customer service support.

Key Responsibilities



Call event registrants to confirm attendance Engage with participants in a professional and friendly manner Answer basic questions related to our events and programs Record and update call outcomes in our system (training provided) Flag any important updates or questions to the team

Who We're Looking For



Clear and confident communicator in English (additional languages are a plus) Enjoys speaking with people and providing helpful support Has access to a quiet environment to take calls Responsible and responsive; able to work independently Basic computer skills (e.g., Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web) Can commit to a few hours per week, with flexible scheduling
