Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process pre alert from customers
- Pre pull shipment data in freight system
- Provide feedback flight information to customer
- Liaise with warehouse operation for shipment and handover to customer
- Refuse shipments with no proper credit facilities
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in any fields
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and effective problem-solving skills
