- Creating a positive guest experience and handle customer\'s request professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate all reservations to ensure optimum capacity.
- Handle complaints or feedback concerning food and service.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
- Min nitec / diploma in related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to adapt to fast paced working environment
