About the role

This position is for a Customer Service technician who is under direct supervision. Responsible for resolving basic customers\' service or billing complaints and obtaining customers\' names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased. Applies basic skills in the execution of existing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Associate, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for:

  • Works under direct supervision to provide satisfactory and quality customer service.
  • Obtains customers\' names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased.
  • Answering basic customer inquires on product availability, maintenance, and the status of orders.
  • Resolves basic customers\' service or billing complaints.
  • Keeps records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Create the PR per SO from system to manage the SAP system, arrange the shipment per SO terms
  • Others assignment as required.
Requirements

As a minimum you must have:
  • Diploma/Degree in any field with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in HVAC/manufacturing industry is an advantage.
  • Familiar with SAP system is preferred.
  • Comfortable in supporting SEA region.
  • Good communication and time management skill.
