Job Description


We are the servic centre for an internationally acclaimed brand known for its high quality consumer electronics. We are expanding and we invite you to be a part of our Team.

Responsibilities: Customer Service Care
  • Attend to phone calls and CRMS
  • Timely respond to customer\'s inquiries relating to product, service, warranty and delivery
  • Manage customer\xe2\x80\x99s concerns and resolve issues
  • Maintain detailed records of customer\'s complains, defects, cost and servicing records via CRM
  • Arrange and follow up on product servicing and repair (between customer and service team)
  • Arrange and follow up on product exchange (between customer, 3rd party transporter and warehouse)
  • Issue and follow up on claims and spare parts arrangement with vendor
Ad Hoc Duties
  • All other ad hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service role
  • Customer centric attitude and work well under pressure
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Fluent in spoken English, written and interpersonal communication skills and telephone etiquette
  • Calm in handling complaints and emergencies
  • Good follow-up skill, neat and well organized
  • Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, setting expectations with customers
  • Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99 level or \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level.
