Ensure over-the-counter transactions are handled effectively and efficiently
Ensure customer requests and query in an efficient and accurate manner
Handle customer transactions accurately and timely
Handle customer enquiry on banking products and services efficiently
Deliver prompt and outstanding services to Wealth customers
Ensure wait time are met daily in serving walk in customers in the teller room
Adherence to Bank\'s regulatory, compliance and internal audit requirements
General support to the service team after the closing and balancing of the tills at day end
Administration work- daily filing of documents and other administration support
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in any discipline
2 years of experience in related field.
Well-groomed and possess a pleasant disposition
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand issues and appropriately escalate to Management in a timely manner
