Job description We are looking for a Visa Procurement Consultant with a customer oriented approach. The Visa Procurement Consultant is responsible for providing the client with advice and guidance on how best to obtain the required documentation and how to complete this process smoothly. Job Duties The Employee\xe2\x80\x99s daily duties include the timely handling each customer\xe2\x80\x99s inquiries, email processing, data entry into electronic systems, procurement of visas and additional documents and researching, collating and preparing visa requirements and other information.

• Oversee all aspects of the visa service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
• Oversee the completion of all relevant visa documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the consulates.
• Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Functional experience and knowledge of working with documents
• Outstanding problem-solving skills as well as analytical capabilities
• Team spirit, strong organizational, oral and written communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to an intellectually challenging but rewarding job
• Fluency in English is a must; fluency in a second foreign language preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent telephone etiquette, strong interpersonal skills with a good command of spoken and written English

You need to be able to start work immediately and have Singapore residency. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month Schedule:
