Customer Service Coordinator (1 Year Contract)

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain and coordinate the process flow of business in Singapore with CRM tools, not limiting to coordination with our headquarter in Boulder.
- Ensure smooth delivery process between customer and internal.
- Identify and assess customers\' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Processing orders, purchase order, delivery note, weekly report and monthly report.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Ad hoc task will be assigned when needed
- Perform other related duties as business evolve towards Kaizen, Sustainability and Productivity.
- Diploma in Business or engineering discipline with minimum 2 years working experience.
- Always maintaining a positive, empathetic, a professional attitude toward customers.
- Competency customer relationship management tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Proven customer support experience
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Good team player.
- Experience in SAP B1 preferred.
- Data analysis knowledge preferred but not a must.
