Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and enquiries professionally
Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on customer requests and issues
Provide accurate product/service information to customers
Record and update customer interactions in the system
Support the customer service team in daily operations and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
Entry-level candidates welcome (training provided)
Prior customer service / call centre experience will be an advantage
Good communication and problem-solving skills
