OUR CLIENT An Europe-based MNC with over 1,300 staff in 28 countries with its Regional Head Office in Singapore. They have aggressive expansion plan in ASEAN Region and is currently hiring talented people to join their growing pool of human capital.

THE POSITION This position is important in coordinating sales orders with various departments to accomplish the fulfilment and business of the company. A key role is to assist the Customer Service Team Lead and Supply Chain Manager in achieving the department KPI in delivery and ensuring customers’ satisfaction. Candidate with good experience will be considered executive role and responsibility.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and Process Customer Sales Orders on time or within 48 hours
  • Monitor order status for timely delivery, resolve delivery and lead-time issues
  • Reschedule delivery based on customer’s requirements.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through pro-activeness and exercise initiative for work improvement for productivity and efficiency gains
  • Analyse customers’ forecasts and ensure reasonable stock is maintained
  • Monitoring of unmoved buffer stocks periodically
  • Prepare Picklist for store to pack the parts to be delivered
  • Prepare Job Orders, DOs and Invoices for the orders to be delivered
  • Prepare Authorization to Return of customer goods
  • Prepare & Co-ordinate Sample Memos for customers
  • Prepare monthly KPI report (Sales value and On-time delivery)
  • Assist Supply Chain Manager in the customer allocation for the team
CANDIDATE’S REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum: Diploma or 3 years’ experience in related field
  • Customer service skills, able to handle difficult customers
  • Teamwork within team and across departments
  • Effective time and stress management
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to use MS office, Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Good command of Mandarin and English (both speak and write due to handle Mandarin speaking customers)
