o Working hour: 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)



o Company located at Bukit Batok



o Company transport provided at Jurong East MRT

Job Scope



Handle inquiry, prepare quotation, handle shipment activation and cross trade shipments. Coordinate with customers for their incoming and outgoing goods Coordinate with Overseas Agent for shipment activities Understand import and export process To complete all required documentation on time. Handle customer's complaint and claims, take appropriate action and/or notify relevant person and office to prevent a re-occurrence of customer complaints. Ensure accurate data entry in reports Any other ad hoc task assigned

Requirement



GCE O Level / Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent 1 to 3 years of relevant customer service experience experiences
