Ensuring customer orders comply with company standards (minimum order quantity for instance). This may request direct contact with customer to suggest ad hoc changes to the order.
Checking product availability and liaising with production, purchasing and QC depts to ensure fulfilment of the order on the customer required delivery date.
Keeping customers informed of any changes in the timing of their orders due to production or other problem.
Informing customers of any credit or account issues that are preventing acceptance or progression of an order.
Ensuring compliance with sites credit control and SHE policies,
Ensuring maintenance of customer master datas in SAP.
Processing orders ready in SAP system for packing to enable warehouse employees to pack goods on time.
Requirement:
Diploma in Business Studies, Logistics, or any relevant.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Able to work to tight deadlines, able to priorities own work load.
Knowledge of SAP system and MS Office software.
