Job Description

Main Responsibilities

Base at customer office at Orchard Road

Liaise with customers and warehouse CS for daily orders Perform entries in SAP Co-ordinate with customers on orders Issue outbound instruction and release to warehouse CS Co-ordinate with Transport Department for transportation & shipping requirements Co-ordinate with forwarder on shipments Send reports requested by customer Any other task assign by customer

Requirements

Knows about shipping documentation will be advantage Some experience in Logistics / Shipping Customer Service background Know SAP, Warehouse Management System (WMS) * Willing to work overtime (if required
