--The Opportunity:

  • Our Client, MNC Air-conditioning company
  • Location: Jurong East
  • Basic Salary: Up to $2,800
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.30pm
Job Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling technician work schedules for dispatching service orders through designated systems assigned by the coordination team.
  • Coordinating with customers on service delivery dates, including managing all required documentation for repair and maintenance contracts.
  • Arranging logistics for field services, including issuing parts to field staff or subcontractors and organizing delivery of necessary equipment or parts.
  • Collecting service reports from the field team and managing payment collections from customers.
  • Coordinating customer payment receipts with the finance team for verification.
  • Drafting and sending standard quotations to customers, as prepared by the sales team.
  • Supporting field staff with any required assistance.
Job Requirements:
  • call center or service coordinator experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for processing documents.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented and efficient in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus.
