Act as front-liners giving excellent customer service at all times
Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to our existing pool of customers (attend to customer queries & schedule appointments)
Handling and planning of daily schedule for existing team of technicians
Preparing of schedule letters to customer
Raising of credit notes for any miss services
Doing of posting and compilation of reports
Work closely with all departments in daily operation
Generate and maintain report and Certificates
Other adhoc duties as assigned by Team Leader/ Line Manager
Requirements
Diploma in any discipline or higher
2 years experience in a call centre and familiarity with Customer Service support function
Possess good communications skills
Effectively bilingual in English and another language (Spoken & Written)
Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must
Meticulous, excellent with details
Service-oriented, pleasant personality, able to work under pressure
