To serve and interact with incoming customers, provide excellent customer service.
To perform administrative duties such as preparation of job cards, generate invoices for vehicle collection, tally cash settlement report, closing of batch settlements, mailing of letters and etc.
To generate monthly sales report.
To uphold service image and achieve high service level.
To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99 /\xe2\x80\x99O\xe2\x80\x99 level or equivalent.
Team player with good discipline and positive attitude.
Preferably with customer service experience.
Able to commit for 1 year contract duration, with opportunity to convert to permanent.
Able to work on Saturdays.
Willing to cover at Thomson Service Centre, when and as per needed.
