Responsibilities:
  • To serve and interact with incoming customers, provide excellent customer service.
  • To perform administrative duties such as preparation of job cards, generate invoices for vehicle collection, tally cash settlement report, closing of batch settlements, mailing of letters and etc.
  • To generate monthly sales report.
  • To uphold service image and achieve high service level.
  • To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99 /\xe2\x80\x99O\xe2\x80\x99 level or equivalent.
  • Team player with good discipline and positive attitude.
  • Preferably with customer service experience.
  • Able to commit for 1 year contract duration, with opportunity to convert to permanent.
  • Able to work on Saturdays.
  • Willing to cover at Thomson Service Centre, when and as per needed.
