Manage General Office reception, attend to students, parents, visitors, and handle deliveries.
Support daily administrative and student-related duties (attendance updates, absentee follow-up, early dismissal slips). Manage sickbay, attend to unwell students, and provide basic first aid. Assist with incident reports, late lists, and other record-keeping tasks. Perform other admin duties assigned by the school. Requirements At least 3 years of receptionist/administrative experience in an MOE Secondary School. Minimum GCE N-Level qualification. Able to communicate and write well in English and one other language. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel). A team player with good interpersonal skills. Duration/ Working hours: 1 year contract (1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026) Mon-Thurs: 7am-4pm Fri: 7am-3.30pm Inclusive of 30 mins lunch break.
