Responsibilities:
Handle redemption program by verifying contest winner and contact winner for rewards / gifts collection
Assist in roadshow / events contest (lucky draw) and redemption program
Manage inventory and update in Excel to ensure the inventory is tally
Posting of job and contest related advertisement on social media
Assist on ad-hoc administration duties as and when required
Requirements:
Min. 1-3 years of relevant Customer Service / Event Running experience
Familiar with Microsoft Excel
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
