Job Description




*Office hours, Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

*Location: Bukit Batok

*Experience in customer service is added advantage

*5 months contract only to cover maternity

Our client provides medical products to the healthcare industry in Southeast Asia

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in sales support activities including calling customers and answering phone calls, text, and walk-in customers
  • Provide support to sales and marketing team in project activities
  • Sales co-ordination, Order Processing and Maintain and monitor order fulfilment
  • Maintain positive customer relations and resolving customers issue on changes in orders, expedited delivery & etc
  • Ensure customer enquiries, feedbacks, complaints are handled promptly and appropriately
  • Liaise & communicate with internal and external customers
  • Maintain a good rapport clientele
  • Outstanding AR payments
  • Undertake any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
  • Candidates must process at least O Level or Higher Secondary in any field
  • 1 - 2 years Customer service or Sales Admin experience preferred
  • Good Communications, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Office suite and customer service oriented
Job Type Temporary / Contract

Working Hours Mon-Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Salary From S$2,000.00 to S$2,800.00
