Job Description
*Office hours, Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
*Location: Bukit Batok
*Experience in customer service is added advantage
*5 months contract only to cover maternity
Our client provides medical products to the healthcare industry in Southeast Asia
Responsibilities:
- Engage in sales support activities including calling customers and answering phone calls, text, and walk-in customers
- Provide support to sales and marketing team in project activities
- Sales co-ordination, Order Processing and Maintain and monitor order fulfilment
- Maintain positive customer relations and resolving customers issue on changes in orders, expedited delivery & etc
- Ensure customer enquiries, feedbacks, complaints are handled promptly and appropriately
- Liaise & communicate with internal and external customers
- Maintain a good rapport clientele
- Outstanding AR payments
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
- Candidates must process at least O Level or Higher Secondary in any field
- 1 - 2 years Customer service or Sales Admin experience preferred
- Good Communications, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Proficient in Office suite and customer service oriented
Working Hours Mon-Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)
Salary From S$2,000.00 to S$2,800.00
