Job Responsibilities:
  • Complete evaluation of the Customer Service departments across Discrete Automation
  • Oracle ERP implementation
  • SFDC CRM implementation
  • International Trade Compliance conformity and auditing
  • Record Retention conformity and auditing
  • Creation of Power BI dashboards to track performance
  • Adherence to common processes and practices across Asia Pacific
  • Increased efficiency projects through back-office automation
  • Management of Shared Service functions
  • Assessment of Best Cost v High Cost positions
  • Checkpoint requirements for Due Diligence
  • EDI for Interco transactions
  • Staff training for all processes and systems
  • Consultation with Emerson Legal Council for contracts not following Emerson\xe2\x80\x99s standard Terms & Conditions
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of multiple ERP systems
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multi-task functions in a fast-paced environment
