Citi Finance is responsible for the firm\'s financial management and related controls. The team comprises disciplines including Treasury, Tax, Controllers and Financial Planning & Analysis, and manages and partners on key Citi initiatives and deliverables, such as our quarterly earnings process and ensuring Citi\'s compliance with financial rules and regulations.

We\'re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Director, Asia-Pacific Markets Financial Planning & Analysis Lead - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Group Manager - C15) based in Singapore. In this role, you\'re expected to:

• Manage forward looking processes including forecasts, strategic or operating plans, monthly outlooks, and review results against plans monthly
• Present business performance and key metrics or trends at the Executive Committee and Senior Management meetings for the Markets product heads
• Oversight and thorough understanding of all Competitor Analytics and business positioning across various product lines and countries
• Lead balance sheet management with frequent reviews of internally developed software assets and serve as the Subject Matter Expert on topics of internally developed software
• Participate in quarterly review of Financial trends and strategic forecasts with technology managers and chiefs of staff as well
• Generate analytics for quarter end flash results, related highlights, board of directors reports, and executive management reports as well as contribute to quarterly competitor reviews, quarterly annotated supplement, and quarterly investment reports
• Lead the estimation of risk capital and embed estimation and other metrics of capital usage into management reports and decision processes
• Prepare or present to senior management and stakeholders on using metrics to evaluate and drive business decisions
• Implement financial initiatives and manage work of the department ensuring appropriate staffing and organizational structures are in place
• Partner with the revenue areas to improve efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, and/or control
• Lead offshore and onshore resources to deliver high quality presentations and analytics
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm\'s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

As a successful candidate, you\'d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Relevant working experience in financial services with an extensive years of managerial experience
• Demonstrated financial modeling skills with the ability to drive top down strategic and operational plan
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Ability to build and maintain relationships and interact at all levels of an organization
• Demonstrated leadership skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor\'s degree or University degree or equivalent experience
• Master\'s degree preferred
