Job Scope
- Handle general enquiries related to the Client\'s products and services in a Call Centre environment
- Provide support to customer\'s issue
- Offer technical support
Paya Lebar (Next to MRT)
Working Hours:
Mon - Fri: 8.15am to 6pm (1 hour break)
Sat: 8.15am to 1pm (No break) [OT Pay] Alternate Sat only!
Salary:
UP TO $3,000 (Depending on the different roles)
CONFIRMATION BONUS + COMPLETION BONUS + MEDICAL & DENTAL BENEFITS!!
Requirements:
- Minimally O / A / N Levels or NITEC in any discipline
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal & written
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
