Job Description

  • Attend to incoming enquires and prepare quotation . Assist Customer Service Manager in carrying out sales and marketing activities . Establish close relationship and rapport with decision makers . Develop strategies and plans to generate sale orders and new account . Compile and document customer's requirements and draft Contract Agreement as and when required . Liaise with Customer Service Manager to review and discuss the proposed contractual requirements . Liaise with Logistic Coordinator to arrange for off-site delivery activities . Verify and register customer's complaint if any . Preparation of sales contract agreement and/or quotation . Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to timeWorking Day : Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6pm)
