Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Engineer which able to work independently with good working attitude. Computer literate, and have good interpersonal skill, good knowledge in IT services is an advantage
Able to work with other teams. Willing to work shift duties, including weekends and public holidays

Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Solve customer problem related to POS, guide thru remote or onsite repair
To perform front-line after sales customer service support
Providing training and necessary support to customers
