Job Description


  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients by handling their inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently
  • Maintaining a high level of communication with clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Managing all aspects of the customer journey, from inquiry to delivery and beyond
  • Resolving customer concerns by following established protocols and procedures
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure the effective and timely resolution of customer issues
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
Requirements
  • GCE N Level, GCE O Level or Professional Certificate
  • 2- 3 years of solid career experience in transportation business
  • Experience with HMS (Haulage Management System) and new technologies
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Capable to work independently
  • Positive attitude and customer-oriented
  • Capable of identifying and suggesting improvements
  • Able to work under pressure during peak periods & willing to take responsibility and accountability of their role.
