Responsibilities

• Coordinating between departments professionally and efficiently
• Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional service
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and updating client information in the company\'s CRM system
• Providing administrative support to other departments as needed
• Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and providing them with an introduction to the company\'s services and processes

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
