Job Description


$2700 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: CentralResponsibilities

  • Handle telephone and email queries
  • Process bookings with customers/carriers (Import/Export/Cross Trade shipments)
  • Coordinate empty/laden container movements for customers
  • Make applications to carriers for special/DG cargoes
  • Handle simple sales quotation
  • Monitoring of container movement & declaration of transhipment with PSA/vessel operators
  • Process Bills of Lading for customers with respective carriers
  • Document filing
Requirements
  • Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
