Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: South East, Singapore

Our client is a global logistics and freight forwarding company committed to an exceptional level of service to ensure our client\'s success.

:
- Answer customers\xe2\x80\x99 queries and prepare quotations- Handle and arrange import and export shipments- Liaise with overseas agents to check on the shipping documents, rules and regulations for the respective countries- Issue custom permit- Close communication with vendors, shippers, customers, carriers and overseas agents- Perform data entry for freight services- Accurately manage paperwork documentation for billing and closing of files after shipment completion- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of related experience, preferably in shipping/ logistics industry- Preferably with Cargowise background- Proficiency in MS office- Meticulous, team player and positive working attitudes- Able to work in a fast paced environment

Compensation:
- Working hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat (WFH) 9am - 12pm
