Job Description

- Position Title: Customer Service Executive/ Customer Service Supervisor
- Working Location: Jurong East
- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (9.00am - 6.00pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $3,500 +PB
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Prepare full set of Import & Export shipping documents. (FCL, LCL).
- Sourcing, negotiating freight rates & inland haulage charges from various carriers / co-loaders and preparing quotations.
- Handle customer booking & transportation arrangements. Accepting bookings from customers and placing booking with carriers / co-loaders.
- Liaising with overseas office/agents for pre-alert shipment, confirm loading, track shipment, connecting status & ensure arrival to the destination on schedule.
- General shipping functions including data entries.
- Perform Customer service activities, attending to customers' enquiries & requests.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned
- Minimum 1 year experience.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking associates.
