Position Title: Customer Service Executive/ Customer Service Coordinator
Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30 am - 6.00 pm)
Salary Package: Basic + AWS
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Manage both air and sea import/export shipments, and transhipment.
Liaise with customers and overseas agents on shipment arrangements.
Liaise with transporter on cargo clearance and delivery.
Monitor and ensure the smooth running of operations.
Prepare invoices for customers, permit declaration, and insurance declaration.
General shipping functions including data entries.
Other ad-hoc duties.

At least GCE 'O' Level and above.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Excel.
