- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.15pm
- Experience in airfreight and/or support airfreight quotation to customers.
- Coordinate and follow up with oversea partners through emails and customer/supplier for shipment pick up and flight booking.
- Monitor incoming shipment pre-alert and coordinate with import for clearance and delivery to customer.
- Provide billing instruction to import and bill to customer.
- Handle the shipment till successfully completion
- Any ad-hoc and any tasks assigned
- Candidate should possess at least NITEC certification/Diploma certificate in Logistic or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS office (word, excel, Power point)
- Strong team player, good communication skills and good in documentations.
- Equipped operation and business development capability and mentality
- With Sea freight and Logistics experience will have additional advantage.
- Training will be provided for no experience
