  • Basic Up $3000 + AWS + VB
  • Freight Forwarding Services
  • CIAS Cargo Changi (East Area)
  • 5 Days, 9:00am - 6:00pm
Your Responsibilities: -
  • Cargo booking, planning and closing to achieve maximization of cargo space & loading
  • Planning and attending to customer complaints, claims and tracing
  • Prepare Cargo Sales Report (CSR), airline daily reports, data entry, quotations and telesales
  • Liaise with several parties to ensure cargo submitted according to IATA regulations
You will need: -
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in Supply Chain / Logistics industry
