Job Description


About the role The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the IFF department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives. What will you be doing


  • Promptly handle customer enquiries
  • Ensure compliance with customers’ Standard Operating Procedures
  • Liaise with overseas agents on the various requirements and rates
  • Co-ordinate with import and export operations, to ensure accuracy in documentations and invoicing
  • Liaise & co-ordinate with airlines / customers / suppliers, to ensure smooth delivery of shipments
  • Troubleshoot shipment issues
  • Execute airway bills
  • Handle both air import and export
Requirements The successful candidate
  • Min. ITE with min. 2 years of experience in freight forwarding with airfreight
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and technical skills
  • Resourceful, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to take on challenges
  • Able to work 12 hours rotating shift (day/night) and public holidays
