- Customer Service / Audio Visual / AR VR
- Complete customer activation
- Attend customer enquires through emails and phone calls with prompt reply/ acknowledgement back to customer.
- Enhance customer satisfaction.
- Teach clients how to utilize the product
- Assist clients with VR filming
- Follow-up service for the shooting of customers
- Monitor and oversee the service situation
- Manage customer service teams
- Other adhoc duties as assigned.
- Possess at least three years of experience in customer service
