Job Description


  • Address customer needs in a professional and timely manner to ensure that the vehicle turnaround time aligns with established guidelines.
  • Perform quality checks and offer expert recommendations for necessary repairs, body and paint work, or servicing, ensuring adherence to manufacturer standards and guidelines.
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations in the workshop, emphasizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, creating a secure working environment for all staff and visitors.
  • Support the Immediate Superior in handling initial levels of complaint cases, including meeting with customers, generating and assisting in inventory management, backorders, and overseeing tools and workshop equipment.
  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining a high level of service quality.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in workshop environment / service operation in automotive industry.
  • Proactive and independent with positive attitude.
  • Class 3 license is a MUST
