Responsibilities Convert clients enquiries from different platforms (Social media channels / Whatsapp / Phone calls / Emails) into appointment booking Make phone calls to potential clients from leads and sources given Send reminder to clients for an upcoming appointment Telemarketing and telesales to create new leads and client sales Generate sales conversion report monthly Manage clients feedbacks and complaints Promote and achieve company monthly sales targets Requirements Readiness to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity start-up environment A calm temperament and excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills Ability to work independently and be an excellent team player who keeps the team abreast of the latest developments To be able to converse and write in English & Mandarin (to service Chinese speaking patients & clients) Experience in a relevant field will be an added advantage
